Nope...not the only one. Just make sure you drink enough so you don't end up with kidney stones like me. If your did has you on a ketosis plan like mine, fluids are super important. -

I have lupus, fibro, degenerative disc disease, and several others.....I'm hoping the surgery will help with all the pain. I have been unable to take my lupus med since surgery though and am a bit worried about that......I just hope this was the right choice -

I can't wait to feel normal again....this pain is a nightmare and I am so glad that most on here don't have to deal with it. I am praying I can pass these kidney stones and don't have to go back to the ER........ Anyways, take care of yourself and get some rest. Kat -

I'm sorry you are in there' date='keep praying....I am praying too. I don't know if you were joking about being excited, one thing though.....if you put your food on a smaller dish, it will look more appealing. I am using little sauce bowls and tiny tea saucers. -

Went to the hospital ER last night because the pain was unbearable, they didn't do anything but and electrolight test, but they did give me a prescription for dilodid so I am managing a bit better today. Hope everyone is doing better -

Congrats and welcome.....good job on then walking! Patricia, I am so sorry to hear you are having so much trouble.....I've been considering going back for the pain and back pain. Hey Patricia, are they giving you potassium? My heart is irregular when I take that then my heart rate seems smoother. I also I think magnesium and zinc are good for your heart beat.....talk to doc first, but that's why my doc requires potassium..... Praying you will be better soon! -
