I really would love it if it was approved for by mid February and then scheduled in march, but when I first saw the surgeon he told me end of march beginning of April. At this point I'm getting like overwhelmed with all the tests I need done. They aren't hard, but there are just so many that I'm worried I'm going to forget one and then things will be held up.

That's awesome... I want to try and set a goal of losing 100 lbs in a year.

I'm 5'10" and my last weigh will be in 2/13. So hopefully ill have my surgery sometime in March.

@worm - you're in the Pittsburgh area? I live about an hour north of Pgh. Things that I have thought about... [*]not having to request a table at a restaurant because I can't fit into the booth [*]the seat belt extender is also another thing I'm looking forward to [*]not having to put my seat all the way back in my car to make room for myself [*]not having arthritis pain in my knees or feet [*]be able to walk into clothing stores my friends go into and not be looked at like in crazy [*]go on a date (never been on one) [*]save money because I won't be eating more than what is necessary [*]being able to see my feet when I look down!!! The list could go on and on haha...

Does anyone have any experience with BCBS? If so, were you approved quickly or did problems occur? Thanks!

Mine is consecutive as well... I don't want any "hiccups". I think I'm worried about screwing this whole thing up. For the last 10 years its been diet after diet and one step forward 3 steps backward. I just worry...

Yeah... I'm doing alright, I'm probably feeling like this because of the holidays. I can't wait for my surgery. I met with my surgeon already and he's awesome! I just feel like I'm never going to get to month 6...
