Fabulous February Post-Op's

I'm getting within that range. I haven't been counting my carb intake though. I've just been really focusing on my protein and calories. I upped my protein to be between 60-80 grams a day. I've been plateaued for like the last month. HW 332; CW 242; SD 02/28/2013; GW 175 -
Ok, so I started Insanity and Jillian Michaels: Body Revolution and switch between the 2 throughout the week... I'm kind of frustrated cause I've been really working out the last 2 months and I've been plateaued for the last month. Does anyone else had this happen. It's frustrating me. I also kicked up my Protein intake to 70+g a day... HW 332; CW 242; SD 02/28/2013; GW 175

I've been measuring myself every month. I lost 4-5 inches in my hips over the last couple of months. It would be interesting to measure my body fat though. HW 332; CW 242; SD 02/28/2013; GW 175

All I really care about is getting rid of the fat. I have come to the conclusion that I will probably need plastic surgery to help my stomach and arms so I'm really focusing on getting rid of the fat HW 332; CW 242; SD 02/28/2013; GW 175

I'm losing inches every month but I'm wondering what type of exercise will get rid of my stomach fat. It's really the only larger area of fat on me...

I've lost a total of 87 pounds and have about 70 pounds left to lose. These last 2 weeks have been difficult and it seems like I've plateaued... I try to do insanity 3-4 days a week (I didn't do that this last week). Anyone plateaued at all? -
There are nights (doesn't happen often, but tonight is one of those nights) where I want to munch on random things... Does anyone get these urges?!
-
If that's the case at this rate ill have no hair left :/
-
That sounds really good!! It's hard cause before I had surgery I LOVED eggs...scrambled, fried, hard boiled... Now I can't even look at them. If I didn't get grossed out by them I would totally eat them all the time. I just found cheese sticks with jalapeño bits in them... Sometimes I feel like I could eat fresh veggies all the time... But then I get paranoid like I'm going to gain all my weight back in a millisecond. Lol. I'm weird haha

When did hair loss stop? It's really bad for me right now and it's really thin on the top and some on the back... :/

body wraps?! yay or nay

If you google the ultimate body applicator it explains how the wraps tighten skin and everything. The massage therapist that sent me the name of them said to verify with the dr to make sure they would be ok to use. They have different before and after pics of ppl whi have used them too. It says you can use them on your arms, thighs, stomach, chin, etc... I haven't bought any but I really want to. Here's the link: http://bodyapplicators.com/faq/ HW: 332 SW: 309 SD: 2/28/13 CW: 260 -
Alright, I've lost 49lbs since 2/28 and right now I have this weird feeling in my abdomen section when I bend over...like there's a big ball there or something. Is that the feeling of just fat being in the way or is it my original stomach that's in there haha. Idk how else to explain it...

Random/Weird question
aayers88 replied to aayers88's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Yeah like the feeling is in my stomach area. It doesn't hurt or anything its just an awkward feeking. HW: 332 SW: 309 SD: 2/28/13 CW: 260 -
body wraps?! yay or nay

Haha I just replied to one of your posts in another thread haha! I am contemplating on getting them because the results I saw were amazing! Also, I feel like if you do the wraps during the process then maybe skin won't be too bad at the end HW: 332 SW: 309 SD: 2/28/13 CW: 260 -
What kind of wraps?! I got a massage last week and the massage therapist sent me info on wraps called the ultimate body applicator and I saw before and after pics and its crazy how well it worked after only one wrap! HW: 332 SW: 309 SD: 2/28/13 CW: 260

I had my surgery on a Thursday and weighed myself 2 Monday's after that Thursday. Now I weigh myself every week and keep a little graph of my weight loss. I have split up my graphs by the mini goald I set for myself. Like from my surgery (2/28) I wanted to lose a total of 40lbs by the end of April. So I made a chart that only went 40lbs out from the weight I was from surgery. I set another goal of 40lbs to lose by August...So my second chart goes up until August. Its nice to see progress on charts and stuff. HW: 332 SW: 309 SD: 2/28/13 CW: 260

When I'm about to get my period I get really achy and all shivery... it didn't happen prior to surgery...I was wondering if anyone else has this?
-
That's exactly how I get!! I do know though that before I had surgery they said I was anemic and I didn't know I was. Maybe that's causing me to be extra tired.
