Yeah, I'm thinking that's probably it. Hopefully when they increase my diet on Monday, I'll start losing again! Hope we all do!

Yeah. I think we were around the same time. Mine was the 13th. If you don't mind answering, are you consistently losing or no? I feel like I'm obsessing but the scale has not moved for me in three days and it's starting to freak me out! Lol.

Oh, also meant to add, it's freaking me out cause I've lost no weight the past three days! (I know, I shouldn't weight myself everyday, but I can't help it!)

So, we some of you worrying that you stretched your pouch out already? I am worried about that too! I don't know if the gas is just gone or what, but I have a lot less pain and seem to be able to drink more now. I'm not complaining cause it was kinda miserable, but when the pain went away I thought maybe I stretched my pouch out by drinking too fast! I do stop as soon as I feel full now but I can take two big gulps at a time, maybe 3 before my stomach is full. Is this bad? I just get so thirsty. What has been you guy's experience with this?

Thanks for the ideas girls!! It might have been the lactose, but I never had problems before (which I know means nothing now). But I was thinking maybe it was because I took my meds first thing with my tea and I think that might have set me off? I have taken am ones today with my muscle milk and seems to be feeling much better. Also, much more gas/belching today, which I would prefer to the other stuff. But thanks, cause now I'm gonna pay attention to milk products. I only ever drank almond milk before my surgery because I don't dig drinking another animal's breast milk, but my nut said no.

Hey, anyone have any ideas...I have not been able to tolerate my protein shakes, but have beeb tolerating other fluids fine (except when i drink too fast or something is too cold). Anyways, I had some diet tea with my meds this am and had diaherria all day and nausea for most. Just now I made myself finish my milk that i was sipping on and my muscle milk cause I have yet to get all my protein in one day. That made me nauseous, bout of the poops, and then I'm fine, but my stomach isn't giving me that ache today and it's worrying me! Lol. Is the ache supposed to go away and then be replaced by nausea and diaherria? Or am I getting messed up somehow with what I'm drinking? Any idea would be appreciated!

I just wanted to ease your mind a bit, while reading thru some earlier posts, it seems a lot of people started their cycles right after the surgery, wether it was due or not. I can't remember reading anything about the heaviness of it, but I do remember several people saying that it just started. I think it's from the rapid hormone changes.

I think that's excellent! I can't even get in a full shake! I'm just too full and feel like vomiting. I have been drinking liquids but it's the thicker liquids that have me kinda blah. Got some isopure tonight but that isn't real tasty either. Gonna try it again tomorrow am. Anyone have any other suggestions for liquid proteins? Even if I can't get all my protein in, maybe I can get a little with other stuff? This is hard!

That is awesome!! I'm about 10 pounds down since my surgery, so that makes me happy. And thanks for letting me know about the back pain!! At least then if it happens, I'll know what it is and I won't freak out!! I think I'm on the edge of being constipated. Lol. So, if things don't get moving so to speak by tonight, then I might try something else. Not sure what would be safe though, you have any ideas?

Yeah. I didn't think it was too big a deal, but it's kinda scary when you look at your incisions and they're all red and puffy! Lol. They are getting less puffy and bruised it seems, so I think I'm good. No temp or drainage or anything.

Hey, kinda concerned over here. Anyone else have bruising around the incision sites? I have it around a few of them and one of them is really bad. I was thinking it was from the lovenox but don't wanna let it go if it's something I should be worried about.
