crazycatlady8, thanks for posting this. I feel the same. I'm only doing liquids, but they don't seem to feel me up. I'm not really hungry but thought when I sipped on a can of cream of celery Soup (with scoop of Protein powder) that I should feel "okay, enough .... but I don't". I can consume the whole can - although I do it slowly.
Is that normal?
