The chobani Greek yogurt is good but a little expensive I thought..was like $1 per container...the only flavored dannon one I like is blueberry
-
I was told the mix the powder with the plain Greek yogurt....but long before ryn I would mix jello already made in with flavored yogurt....either way would work..I'm sure mixing the powder would even out the flavor
-
Yeah I can do mandrin oranges...just not a regular orange...canned peaches don't sit so will either...pears and cantaloupe are ok
-

I bet being away from home would make meals a little tricky...lots of planning...I'm sure you'll do fine ...I'm doing ok...weight is coming off slow but steady... -
I sure hear you guys...for me I call it boredom hunger..i don't work (disabled) and so I'm home always! It gets hard to occupy the mind..I've been trying to force myself on the exc bike everytime I think about eating when I shouldn't...that's not always working tho

Every one should pass out the icky protein drinks to the friends or family who have made negative comments about "taking the easy way out" -

They aren't too bad..i use them with soup..30 crackers/chips are 110cal but kinda high carbs.i think 23g for the 30..i usually use about 7 of them when I have soup so overall not too bad -

I'm like you,i hate buying a lg amount until I know how it tastes... -
I would sure want some answers too...by the way, congrats on the weight loss! Hope you find some answers soon and get some relief...i have to take pain meds every day for my legs and it's so annoying...low potassium and nerve damage from radiation and chemo...
-
Not sure about over the counter but since you're in the normal range I wouldn't advise taking more...too high of a level can be just as detrimental as too low...low potassium leaves you with more numbness/tingling pain rather than sore muscles...have you started some new activities where you are using your arms more?
-
Seems like every other month I'm put back on potassium...i do notice it in my legs when pot is low
-
I was told to avoid them...i tried 1 orange slice but ended up spitting it out cuz I could just tell it would never go down
