i know its a lot of sugar but i have been on the fence of becoming dehydrated.. i just couldn't stomach Water on its own or juices, etc. This has truly brought me back... @wps2 I dont actually eat the pulp i chew it, drink the juices and spit out the pulp.. maybe it will work for u?

Hi yall I am 1 week postop and my eyes are becoming bigger then my stomach lol but the gas pain is finally subsiding i am trying to get my liquids im but i am just always full or sick of eating the same things aka miso soup etc. Anyway off for a walk, i want all this weight gone lol down 21lbs and about 150lbs more to go!!! GOOD LUCK every one!! Our journey has just begun

These shakea really do work i was on it for 1 week preop and wound up losing 6lbs just by doing 2 Meal Replacements (shakes) healthy Snacks and a Protein focused meal.. good luck:)

Postop day six has left me so surprised n it just started. I took my mom to work this morning, she works @ a medical center so i seen it as an opportunity to finally jump on a scale since the last time i was weighed was right before going in to surgery i was 365lbs. Now i have not been able to use a weighted scale in years since it only goes up to 350lbs. So of course the closes scale to my moms office is a weighted, but i figure what's the harm in trying it... imagine my surprise when i stepped on slid the main weight to 300 and started sliding the little weight.. i look at my mom n told her am i doing this wrong?! She came over and looked the slid the little weight around some more and said nope babe you are 344lbs. (Jaw dropped) today has made all the pain and uncomfortableness of the past 6 days worth it... however i do know that when my dr. Finds out he will probably tell me its way to much weight and its probably because i am having a hard time consuming my liquids but ever day gets a little better so here's hoping to continued improvement and continued weight loss...good luck today to all those having there procedures done today:)

Hey guys i fly out tomorrow.. surgery on Tuesday... anyone every fly right after surgery? I am a bag of mixed emotions right now... wooo saaaa

Omg thank heavens i was thinking i was the only one i am feeling good its just i ain't doing well with the liquids it does hurt even water im trying hard to get them in......thanks for making me feel like it was all in my mind lol

I think it depends I got a letter from my insurance company they also sent a copy to my drs office. Good luck

Yay caught my flight home this morning.. feeling so much better day 5 post op going good BUT NOW ALL THE FOOD AROUND THE HOUSE IS MAKING ME HUNGRY LOL shoot!!

Out of the hospital still a bit sore... my hubby made me some broth for dinner...thank heavens cuz the chicken broth i was getting in the hospital tasted like salt water lol baby steps... post op day 3 in the bag:)

Soo ill see today if i get to go home... been fighting a slight fever n not drinking alot cause of these STUPID gas bubbles u wish i could just burp them out already any suggestions?

Same here the real pain is coming from the stupid gas the pump you up with lol just got back in bed from my third trip around the "block" lol keep pushing forward...

Oh no... my doc hasn't mentioned anything yet i live in hawaii so i have to fly to oahu to have the procedure tues. n my flight returning home ia sat. The flight is only 30 min. Maybe thats y he never mentioned a concern?!
