I think it's like 5000 or something...My friend has been taking Biotin for a few months because her hair was really thining out.. I saw her Christmas eve.. I couldn't believe how much its grown.. plus all the new growth! I'm going to start taking it as soon as i'm allowed!

I would only take a change of clothes, chonies, personal hygiene stuff, phone, and charger ..You won't be there long enough... Best of luck! -

Try walking...I have felt that same way and I just took a 30 min walk with my dog....I felt so much better... Try a support group, that might help as well. -

I wish I could eat! Hopefully..I'll be able to start my pureed stage Friday!! It doesn't even sound right to pureed meat.. Have any of you and if so how was it? -

Follow up tomorrow... Worried that I've only lost 14.8 (according to my scale) could be less when I see him...I feel like I'm not progressing as much as I should...I was hoping for 20lbs by the time I saw him, but doesn't look like thats going to happen. Ugh...I hate being stressed! -

OMGooodness...It took me until noon to get my morning protein shake down.. I'm just on my third bottle of water..I feel like I have "real" food stuck in my throat...I've also been in a bitchy mood all day and I'm still constipated! Good news is my follow up is tomorrow!! Biggest fear..He'll rip my steri strips off..lol...those bad boys aren't going anywhere any time soon!! -

I had the broth from home made caldo de res... Awesome....I felt like I was having to soup with my family...I have my follow up Thursday...I can't wait to be advanced to pureed food...I'm looking forward to fat free refried beans and mushed guacamole!! I miss my Mexican food... -
I tried on my jeans today... booooooo! They still fit..lol... They fit better, but I was expecting them to be lose...well they were tight as hell from the get go...lol...I'll try again next week..

Someone needs to come pick up my scale!! I'm only 9 days post op and I keep weighing myself!! I like what I'm seeing, but I don't want to be a person that needs to see the numbers. I haven't seen my surgeon yet and I'm not sure how off my scale is compared to his and I don't want to set myself up for disappointment either... That's my rant for the day..lol

I tried a boiled egg mushed to death for the first time a little bit ago..I'm burping already..I hope that's not a sign of dumping! I also go back to work tomorrow!!
