    So excited! Wow!

Started at 376... Surgery dec 10 2012... Weighing in for the last month at 160... Talk about surreal... Howbout 216 lbs in 10 months... Nobody recognizes me
  2. Bought a children's Xl hoodie for half the price of a men's large and it actually fits me even better
  3. Oh and I'm a big sports fan and I get to buy all new jerseys for each of my teams and now I wear a medium... I used to hate that the axis was on the outside for all the world to see... Now I love it
  4. Skinny jeans look awesome on me and I can wear shirts with no x's... Just large those are my current wins

Hey guys so sorry it's been so long since I posted... I'm doing great I've never felt this good in my life... I've lost 192lbs... I started at 376 and I am currently 183... I bike 25-30 miles at a time 3-4x a week because I LOVE it... My job (I own a feed store) is sooooo much easier now... I can deliver twice as much in a day... My marriage is stronger than ever... I'm a better father to my daughter than I've ever been... I've never been this happy in my life... I hope all the December peeps are doing as well as me... Had my 6 month dr appt last week and he called me a poster child for the desired results from this surgery... Don't want to brag but if anyone is struggling remember follow the rules and work hard everyday and you can be exactly where you want to be....

I still have trouble believing what I've lost but being able to work out and wear clothes from a real store not a big and tall brings me down to earth... Now I gotta work on my posture I guess I slouch too much I can see it in pictures

If I do eat too much the pain is bad... But I can eat so much it's not hard to stop so it doesn't happen much... I see my doc in 2 weeks ill ask him

I feel like I can eat too much... I can polish off a whole Wendy's small chili no prob... And most meals I eat I swear they're over half a cup... Only thing is even eating more than I think I should be able to I don't feel sick or like I've eaten too much... I'm still steadily losing every day... And I still stay under 800 calories I just eat til I hit 75g of protein and stop... 3 meals no snacks and a 1 protein shake a day... Should I be concerned I stretched my pouch? I still have not felt hunger at all... Maybe in just a worry wort

You're gonna hate me but... I haven't worked out once since surgery... Granted I own a feed store and lift and carry feed bags all day but no actual working out yet I know I need to I just hate indoor workouts I wanna get outside and hike, bike, run, walk I feel so energetic I wanna do it all but I'm outside in the cold working all day and hate to do it when I'm not at work... I plan on hitting it hard when the weather warms up

I avoid sugar like the plague... Although... I do not think I'm susceptible to dumping... Had a pork chop at red lobster that had an apple compote and peach bourbon glaze on it... Had to be LOADED with sugar but didn't affect me at all... I also drink Gatorade g2 occasionally without watering it down also doesn't bother me at all
