Well I started lifting at work again (I own a fees store) I used to throw 50 and 100 lb bags around like rag dolls now after 4 or 5 50# bags I gotta sit for a minute... Haven't tried 100# yet... Still kinda cool to lift a 50# bag and think to myself wow... I've lost 30 more pounds than this weighs -

Man some of you are so much braver than me... Applesauce, puddings, cream soups... I'm just sticking to my wheelhouse... Meat meat meat... Greek yogurt or an egg for breakfast, chili, meatball, or chicken BBQ for lunch, meatball, chili, chicken, ground sausage or turkey for dinner... The occasional sf Popsicle... 2 protein shakes and vitamins throughout the day and 1 bottle of water to get all my fluids... Usually manage to do 60g protein and about 60 oz fluids... I'm not brave enough to try wonton soup yet noodles scare me... So does rice... But I may just throw caution to the wind and try wonton soup... I'm deathly afraid of vomiting tho... Vomiting and dumping are my biggest fears... But so far not one thing I've tried has bothered me... And as of this morning 81 lbs down since I started preop liquids nov 16th -

It's amazing to me to find this thread... I have always dreamed of being a helicopter pilot especially ems... But always knew I would never be able to meet the seat weight requirements... Now that I've had surgery this past dec 10 and am already down 80 lbs I feel like this is something I could actually achieve... My wife isn't gung ho mainly because flight school is expensive and she's worried about my safety but we made a deal that when I hit 200 lbs I would take up to 3 flight lessons and then decide if I wanted to truly make a career out of it... You are truly a very personal inspiration to me man I'm so glad I found you... I currently weigh 296 started at 376... 80 down 96 to go -

I've done alot of experimenting to make proteins shakes as tolerable as possible and I think I found the perfect mix... 20oz water 5 squirts of mio... Whichever flavor you like and 1 scoop unjury unflavored... Mixes well can't taste the protein in the least -

Have a pretty sharp pain in my left side by my biggest incision it's been tender since surgery but if I bend the wrong way it really hurts today feels muscular I'm sure I'm fine just uncomfortable -

i LOVE the unflavored unjury... i put a scoop in a 20 oz bottle and add one crystal light single serve... shake it well you cant even tell the Protein is in there... i was having trouble drinking one 8 oz Protein Shake before now i can easily drink 2 shakes with the unjury powder... in 2 shakes i get 42g protein and 40 oz Water... its perfect... i was actually shocked the first time i tried it i cant believe how the protein just disappears i had my wife try it and she said... yeah crystal light whats the big deal then i showed her the huge scoop of protein that was in it and she couldnt believe me... if you want mashed potatoes so bad... try to get some unjury powder add a scoop to the taters guarantee you wont even taste it and itll be 21g protein... stuff is amazing instantly takes anything and makes it high in protein -

milk is natural sugar most of the dumping problems come from processed sugars... which is why we can eat fruit. -

It's simple... We've been given rules to follow if you stay within the guidelines you should be fine... Not everything will agree with everyone but life is about trial and error we as humans have to eat you can't be scared -
