Your welcome! Some people pack there own clothes to wear I just brought what I had on and used the gound. Also you may want your tooth brush toothpaste and some lotion you are really dry by day two it helps to lotion up. -

I have the oily hair and nice face thing to I have not needed face lotion at all and by the end of the day my hair is oily. Weird -

Wow thank you for sharing ! You look wonderful I just have to ask did you have any plastic surgery ? Your stomach and arms look amazing ! I am pretty young and I am hoping that my skin with bounce back but I am also trying to be realistic. sorry if that is to personal of a question.

today I had 1/4 cup chicken 1/4 cup regatta pureed them then warmed it up so good ! If you google highland hospital Rochester NY and go the bariatric section and on the left side go to the meal plans you can print out a list of all the foods you can eat based on the phase you are on it is very helpful. If you go to the gooogle the Web site for highland hospital Rochester NY and find the baratric section and look under meal plans on the left hand side you can print out the meal plan for each stage it is so helpful
