I called the doctor they said take 25 mg Benadryl ever 6 to 8 hours just thought you guys would want to know -
How much pulling the drainage tube out hurt. how much energy I would have in a few weeks. How different my hands would look. And how people who know you had the surgery always look your stomach when you walk in the room. still no matter what negative things may have happened the good things far out weight the bad.

I agree it is helpful to see what others are eating and helps me to get new ideas I wish you could see others protein intake but that is not an option or is it ?

Thanks ladies I will call the doc today as it seems to be getting worse I have to work with teenagers all day I hope they are kind I will try the ice as well that sounds really nice. And congrats on the 32 pounds that is awesome -

Weird question but I woke up this am with a rash all over my face I have not changed any of my diet and I guess would normally take Benadryl but can I still do that? I look horrible and it itches big time. anyone one ealse have rashes ? -

I do plain Greek yougert with my protein powder kinda taste like Ice cream or at least that is what I tell my self good luck !

I made chicken chili the other day really good the beef was just to chewy for me. Made a big batch with chicken and froze small portions great for work lunch or quick dinner

Hi I am only a month and half out but my mom had hers done over ten years ago she is doing really well she lost 140 pounds but has been able to keep off 120 all these years. she had little complications other than she says it is hard for her remember her vitimens all the time and that she had a hard time with dumping at first. I have not dumped. -

Yes I know that board feeling had a few says off and wanted to eat all day long. I also need to exercise I went for a walk the other day and my legs are killing me lol to bad musle takes work to build can't wait for winter to end as well - 17 that is really cold -

I am 6 weeks post OP and my father gave me a hug the other day and told me that he was glad he finally got his daughter back. As if I was hiding in a fat suit before oye. I told my husband and he said I should have asked my father when I was going to get my dad back as my dad is very overweight right now. Just makes you wonder what people really thought about you before. Sad -

I had Dr johnson my staples did not come out until the first week appointment. I was given protien shakes at the hospital on my second day and was able to do liquids after leaving.As for the drain I am not sure mine came out the day i left the hospital the RPO might be ok the only things is you will be tired and you may have the runs really bad the first few days after you go home.
