I'm 10 days out and my pouch is sensitive to everything but soy... All I can find is soy protein powder from gnc and silk milk... Does anyone else have this same problem and any ideas of what else I can have to eat???

I feel the same as u do.... I'm always fighting being dehydrated so I have absolutely no energy which is so frustrating .... I'm 3 weeks out and hopes this feeling goes away because I like to exercise .... -
Hi guys... I'm almost 3 wks out and sleeping on my back is killing me ... I wake up in the morning with pain ... How long did it take for everyone to be able to sleep on their side or stomach???

I am having the same issue.... Everything bothers my pouch except soy... They have a soy protein powder at GNC with 25 grams of protein... Hope it helps:)

Hey!!! I am 10 days out and found out my pouch can only handle soy products right now! Does anyone else have this problem and any ideas of other things to eat besides soy protein powder and soy milk??? -
Hey everyone .... I had my surgery 5 days ago and everything went great and I'm almost ready to stop my pain meds... BUT the gas is soooo bad! I walk walk walk but it only helps for about 5 min!!! When does it go away:-(

Thnx kimmy! I tried gas x chewables and a heating pad ! Still no relief... I guess I'll have to ride it out!
