First post.
By the way of introduction - I made my decision to have WLS in August - I have a 6 mo MANDATORY purgatory (irish catholic speak) before I can even see my surgeon - but as a research element I went to a surgery seminar for WL last week and discovered I am best suited for RNY (after saying absolutely NOT) I am warming up to it --
So - essentially I am going to see my surgeon for the first time later in January -
Do I go batshitcrazy and work out like a maniac (to whatever degree that means at 200lbs over weight) pre-surgery - or do I just take one day at a time.
Just wondering what y’all think.
