Pureed cheeseburger (30 grams of protein per recipe) 3oz lean turkey 1 slice ff cheese 2tbsp ff beef broth cook turkey add all to blender except beef broth - add broth to get desired consistancy I’ve got a recipe for crystal light and egg beeters but I personally wouldn’t drink egg whites on a bet - and it’s only 6grams of protein - so why bother....yuk -

If I go off my allergy meds - even just a few days - I am out of control itching - could it be that your not taking those? I’m really going to have to find out from my pharmacist if I can pulverize those...I literally drive my self crazy scratching. -

I’m still pre-op and my dr said they will let me have coffee - they don’t encourage it - but they realize that some people just NEED the caffeine - SO HAPPY because I just need that ONE coffee a day. -

I lost - I gained - I’m so glad that’s OVER. For ME - No real goals - each person is so different - your NUT and Dr will dictate - most of all they want to make sure your ready - can stay on a program and your serious (IMHO) -
did you pull the menu off their website? would you be ok with having an appetizer as dinner? are you looking to see what you can eat or how you can mask not eating...just curious.
