Hi everyone I had gastric bypass rny on 5/23/2012 I started at 379 lbs as of today I'm 271 lbs ,yes that's a total lost of 108 lbs in 5 months and 3 days I'm super exited about my weight loss and can't wait to keep em coming off from me may goal is to be 200 lbs by may 23 which is gonna be my surgiversary ...

Hi, the las two months its been very slow . I was 299 in august then I only lost 27 pounds since then I work out 1 hour every day 7 days at week
