I am one of those people that can't stomach protein shakes, but tonight I tried the Syntrax Nectar Lemon Tea flavor. OMG!!! This is delicious! Being from the South, Ive missed my sweet ice tea! 23g of protein, 0 carbs, 0 fat. They sell it on Amazon.com

I was and am allowed to have regular coffee. Doctor said it was ok. Although, I'm only able to drink about half a cup. -
Has anyone done this and have you received the vitamins? Just wanted to know before I contact my doctors office.

I have not lost a thing since my last doctors appointment on Dec. 27th! Getting distressed! I know I'm not getting much excersie cuz it's so nasty outside, I can't walk. Also, I know I'm not getting enough protein and fluids. The plus side is that I have lost inches. But the scales aren't moving!

This has been my problem too, only going about 4 times a day. I went to the doctor last week because of it and also, my pee has been almost dark brown and smelly. Come to find out, I have a bad bladder infection and the dark color is from blood. He's doing a culture to make sure everything is ok. -

I'm so discouraged! It's been 2 1/2 weeks and I haven't lost a thing. I'm 8 weeks out and on soft food. What am I doing wrong? -
I joined Anytime Fitness today, but won't start till Monday.

I know what you mean. My surgery was Nov. 14th and I lost like 20 pounds. Now my scales aren't moving. It's very discouraging. -

I had my surgery on Nov 14th and have lost 20 lbs. But now I'm stuck and haven't lost anything in a week. I'm doing everything right, but it's like my body is trying to hold on to every pound. Anyone else having this problem? -

I am 12 days out and I have an awful sharp pain in my left side, just below one of my incisions. It feels deep inside, not the incision itself. It hurts to cough, bend, and sit. anyone else have anything like this. I'm still on clear liquids, so it shouldn't be the food. Just wondering. -

Hi all! I'm 4 days out of surgery and I feel so bloated and gasey. I'm on clear liquids for 2 weeks. Anybody else on clear only. Hope I can do it. My main problem is I feel so constipated! I know, TMI! But I don't think I can take anything for it right now. Is this normal? -

Had my surgery today and feel higher than a kite! Pain hasn't to bad really.

Getting pretty nervous! surgery in 5 days (14th). Trying not to talk myself out of this. Anyone else have doubts before surgery? I know I'm just scared.

I'm 53, fixin to be 54 in December. My surgery date is November 14th, as long as i pass the nicotene test this Thursday. I quit smoking 3 weeks ago! Yay me!
