They couldn't hard set the appt on the 20th because of the delay in getting the authorization. In the meantime, the spot was booked by another surgeon. Well, of course, the insurance company gave the authorization this morning during the time that I would have been in surgery. Go figure. At least I'm all set for the 20th.
