that sounds good how long do I have to wait to have an egg?

ok so I feel a little off on my diet. My surgery was th 19th. Today I started to try and get my proteins in. It feels IMPOSSIBLE. lol The protein shakes are now to thick and so gross. And I'm not sure where I'm at with the pills I'm suppose to be taking (multi and vit b but what else) Help. Please Also, I know I shouldn't care yet but what kind of weight should I be loosing the first week.

I just had surgery on the 19th. I really feel no pain except for the terrible gas pain. It's unbelievable. I've been walking like crazy I did hot compresses and trqditioql medicinal makes a gas tea. Even though its air bot traditional gas the tea really works. But really its walking walking walking. I hope you feel better soon

No sleep at all. Wish I could fast forward till I feel better LOL walkwalkwalkwalk still no gas passed

It's official I'm post op in pain but still happy LOL scared to take my first sips tommorow...

I just turned 35 Dec 6th... Operating on Wed Dec 19th...I'm a bundle of nervous energy lol

In preop appt right now. Nervous butterflies...this is really happening@!!@! LOL I wonder if this is the feeling u get right before you jump out of an airplane lol

I really don't want tubes etc...in my for Christmas. I'm also want to hug my kids and not scare them...

I understand I'm the 19th and I have a 3 & 4 year old. Just remember a big reason we r doing this is for them too. Now we can be healthy and hopefully be around for them for a long long time. Youre in my prayers

Ok so does anyone know if we all go home with drains and tubes? And for how long? I'm having jitters

Also the possibility of hair loss. One thing I kow for sure...I have great hair LOL I don't want to loose it LOL its freakin me out

I'm Wednesday too LOL well no one but u can make this decision. I can tell from your picture you're a beautiful girl. 23 is so young and such a great time in your life. I guess I would ask myself can I do this alone and keep it off, does my weight stop me from enjoying my life, how long until it compromises my health? I know at 23 I was living with friends hitting bars working dating going to school. I was a size 10 with a bundle of other insecuritys LOL. Life isn't about size its about enjoyment.

Maybe you should go to a seminar or a local support group?
