There are so many unflavored protein powders on the market, I have no idea which to try. Does anyone have a suggestion on which to try first??

I think that my hardest part will be drinking 64 ounces of water per day. Is that typical for everyone? I'm not a water drinker.

I am new to the forum my surgery is scheduled for November 12th I am so excited I can't wait!!

I have TC south. They require 3 months under a doctors care before they will approve the surgery
