Im getting really tired of eating just meat for my protein. Any one have any good ideas to get that protein in besides meat? Im 7 weeks post op.

I was probably about 465 at my heaviest. I started dieting and going to a weight loss doctor and got down to 398 day of sugery. Today I am 290.

I feel the same way we just bought tickets for fiesta texas and I lost 135 pounds I was so excited so I ran up to the super man sat down and started crying because I didn't fit yet.I feel like a failure I lost all this wait and still can't get on.I'm just hopeing I can ride something before the season is over : ( -

I'm still far away from where I need to be...I can't wait till I can ride a ride at the amusement park.I can't wait till I can go on the water rides and not be afraid of getting stuck half way down.I can't wait till I can ride my bike around the neighborhood.I can't wait till I can shop anywhere I want in the mall. -
I didn't get one for February either but I still sent one and my pal I sent to is now a good friend.

I finally got my package I'm super happy especially since last month I didn't receive one.my pen pal sent me a toneing band kit, a water bottle, a notebook, a protein bar, and little heart that says never give up.thank you Melissa -

I was at a really high pressure before surgery and now I dont use it at all and still sleep 8+ hours

I had severe sleep apnea but since my weights comeing off my sleep apnea is a lot better I find myself sleeping with out it and staying asleep to.but I di take sleeping pills. The cpap pushes to much air into my pouch and it hives me a lot of pain and I wake up with the feeling of needing to puke.
