    I was told I shouldn't have honey but not positive why. Do you use the sugar free of fake honey or reg honey?

  5. Ast night I ate some apple slices with some peanut butter and 10 minutes later, I was full blown dumping. What gives?!? I have eaten apples before and was fine so I'm guessing it was the PB. The PB was the natural with 1 gram of sugar and no sugar alcohol. I miss my peanut butter

    Getting Queasy.....

    Very time I eat real food I am getting so queasy. Liquid, purée or soft foods.......I am almost 5 weeks out and I don't understand why this is going on. At this point the last 4/5 days I have eaten a yogurt and tried to eat something else but usually give up and drink a glass of water instead, since I have found I am pretty dehydrated too. Bleck this sort of sucks! I return back to work tomorrow as a paramedic so I better have some energy and strength lol

  10. I can promise you there will be more days like this, but I can also tell you it WILL get better after RNY. I am still learning as I am post op 10/18 but already down 30 lbs. It's an awesome feeling for jeans to fit and people to notice and to actually feel better. Although there are days I am just pissed at the world that I had to make myself fat and couldn't fix it like a normal person. Also had some of my family saying it to me. We are all here for u no matter what and u will do great and it will be worth it in the end for u!

    Cream of chicken soup was great and filling Crystal light Ckn broth Jello was great too but chew chew Diet green tea from Arizona was a life saver for me Good luck
