I am scared I will make my pouch bigger. I am 3 weeks post op. I am walking 2 miles a day and I get hungry. My Doc says its cause I burning off what I'm taking in and that's what your suppose to do! Still I worry about it cause I can take in 3 to 4 ounces now. So I just try to eat protein to keep me fuller longer. -

So I took out the on q pain pump today and that was weird! I didn't think it helped till it was gone LOL. I am doing good haven't got sick or anything. Trying to walk more everyday, that really seems to help! -

I hay surgery yesterday everything went grea. I'm in pain but its not as bad as I thought it would be. I lost 16 pounds on the pre-op liquid diet so I am at 288. -
