I don't know about anybody else but I sure have been craving some type of ice cream but can't seem to find the right one!! Does anyone have any ideas. I am post op 7weeks and down 38lbs.
My local grocery has a ton of frozen greek yogurts, Ive tried a couple and they taste amazing.
Another thing I like to do it freeze go-gurts.. tasty little treat. lol

My program has me on a regular diet right now. I tried watermelon and it made my pouch sore. Ugh. I'm on yogurt only for the next couple of days. I love the Danon Light & fit greek blends in toasted coconut vanilla. 80 calories, 0 fat, 7 sugars, 9 carbs, 12 Protein. What's not to love?
Ive been living off those! They are so good.. I can only find it in the coconut and key lime but they are my fav.

I found a frozen greek yogurt at the store thats new and is AMAZING.
I get the blueberry and its so good. Taste like blueberry pie and has the same amount of Protein and sugar that a regular greek yogurt has.

Im trying to set a personal goal for me.
I am going on vacation in the begining of August, so another 2 months.
I wanted to get to 208 before my vacation. Is this goal realistic? 26 pounds a month is about right.
Ive done amazing with my weight loss from surgery 6 weeks ago.. Its obviously going to slow down, but does this sound realistic?
Working my a** off!! Litterally.. lol

I need some help please. I had surgery 4/29. Can anyone on or around my date offer some tips on exercise ? What are you doing how often etc?
I had surgery the same day and Ive been doing about an hour workout 4-5 days a week.
I try to do about 20 minutes on the treadmill.. and 35-40 on the elliptical. Sometimes I lift some weights at the gym too when im done but nothing much.

Make sure you check with your surgeon before you take something.
Some only want you to use certain items.

This is what I am afraid of.

Good luck to you!!
