Has anyone tired no sugar added, fat free ice cream? I was told I could have this, sorbet, or smoothies but I've only found one place that has it. Did any of you have problems with it?

I had some.

I was told to stay under 10g of sugar per service for it, it happened to be 12g and I was fine.

Just don't make it an everyday thing.

Half way to my goal!! Surgery was almost 10 weeks ago.

Had surgery almost 10 weeks ago and I am half way to my 'goal' weight of 165!!!

Im not that particular at what my goal weight was, I just chose half of what I started at.

Started at 331, at 248 right now!

Its an amazing show.. shows full transformation for a whole year. Its 2 hours long.

Had these tasty meatless Soy Chinese chicken fingers.. Was really good for a change! Had like 3g fat, 120 cals and 19 grams protein! Was good! Along with some green Beans and 1/4 cup cottage cheese!

Im on the go alot and worrying about the milk spoiling gets annoying.

Specially in this 90+ degree hazy hot humid heat!!

I brought like everything imaginable.. The only thing I EVER used was my chap stick and cell phone.

They have everything you will need.. lol

Wow.. 14 hours??? And I was worried about my 4 hour road trip in a couple weeks.. lol

Sometimes I feel mine back there.. You're not alone.. almost hit 80lbs lost. Hope it doesnt get worse!

I am only asking for the reason of being out for the day. I go out shopping for the whole day, on like a day off or something.SHOP A HOLIC!!!! Lol

Go out on the town and shop til I drop.

Its so hard to have shakes while being out all day.

When did you transition into taking a Protein bar instead?

Did your insurance coordinator at the surgery program tell you how long they usually take?

Mine told me it can be up to 4 weeks, but usually come back within 2 weeks.. it was right around the 2 week mark for me when they approved me.

Beach vacation in 5 weeks.. trying my hardest to get to 200!! Little over 50 pounds to go, is it unattainable?

Went to the designer outlets yesterday and I purchased my first XL shirt! Yes, XL!

That has been a LOOOOOOOOONG time since I could wear a XL. Its a little snug but It FITS!

Pre surgery I was going into XXXXL (4X)

Amazing feeling.. 8 weeks out today, 72lbs down forever.

SO MUCH more clothes to choose from!

Went in Monday morning. Left Thursday afternoon.

Was back in the hospital Thursday night and left that following Monday afternoon.

8 weeks post op today!
