  4. LOL! I do this too and WOW smells the WORST!!! I let them soak in the hottest Water with tons of soap and scrub the heck out of them.

    I know a lot of people with it who really don't need it. Millions of people abuse these systems every day.. then the people who really need it get denied. Hope you figure it out soon.
  7. Well .. eating something every 2-3 hrs is normal on my doctors plan.. I eat Breakfast at about 7. Snack at 930 or 10. lunch at 12 or 1230. Snack at 3. dinner at 6. I am still not feeling hungry or full. I stick to the plan given to me and measure everything.
  8. Omg.. I had GERD before surgery. I still take my gerd meds and Im 10 weeks post op. I think they are taking me off it in 2 weeks. I hope it doesn't come back. They say surgery fixes that. Hope you figure it out and get meds for whatever it is. Keep us posted!
  9. Was 331 at start and 318 on surgery date of 4-29. I am 248 right now.
  10. Thanks guys! Everything protein.. I live off chicken, my pouch loves chicken.. and side of steamed vegg after I eat my protein.. also ff cottage cheese and light and fit greek yogurt. I have one shake a day to replace breakfast or lunch. Which ever I feel like doing. And working out atleast 6x a week for an hour to an hour and a half doing elliptical and weights.

    My favorite food... This is the only food I've really 'missed'. I am fine leaving it behind when I go out and go clothes shopping!!!

    I know how you feel. I was in the hospital for a week. Hang in there.
  14. I had some. I was told to stay under 10g of sugar per service for it, it happened to be 12g and I was fine. Just don't make it an everyday thing.
  15. Half way to my goal!! Surgery was almost 10 weeks ago. Down 83lbs.. 83 more pounds to go!

  19. I am only asking for the reason of being out for the day. I go out shopping for the whole day, on like a day off or something.SHOP A HOLIC!!!! Lol Go out on the town and shop til I drop. Its so hard to have shakes while being out all day. When did you transition into taking a Protein bar instead? Im on soft food til next month.. See my nutritionist next month too.. Just wondering.. Thanks for any tips!

  22. Had these tasty meatless Soy Chinese chicken fingers.. Was really good for a change! Had like 3g fat, 120 cals and 19 grams protein! Was good! Along with some green beans and 1/4 cup cottage cheese!
  23. Thanks guys.. will probably start to try them next month. Im on the go alot and worrying about the milk spoiling gets annoying. Specially in this 90+ degree hazy hot humid heat!!

    I brought like everything imaginable.. The only thing I EVER used was my chap stick and cell phone. They have everything you will need.. lol
