I use Miralax every other day as well. I put it in my water. Works great otherwise I'm stopped up all the time. -
I eat Nutella chocolate on the light Sara Lee bread. Also I have it on half a banana for a snack. 1 tablespoon. Like a treat but something healthy I can have.

My uncle calls it the foamies and it is because the food didn't agree with you. They probably cooked it in grease.

Hi everyone! I'm doing great too!! Surgery was May 17 and I'm down a total of 61lbs now!! Down from a 3x top to XLG and size 22 pant to 16! Yeah!! Still plugging along!!

I tried a bunch before I settled on Quest Bars. I can do some Adkins bars but I have to watch the sugar alcohols. They tend to make me nauseous. -

I can finish them but it takes about a hour. So I eat them in the evening for my night snack. Perfect!! -

I told my husband before surgery what I had done. He didn't say much but I think he had a idea I was hiding eating. Thank gawd that is over. We are now eating and acting healthy!! Feel very lucky. It was shameful to sneak for me but I could not help it... -

Went to the movies and had room to spare in the seat!! Went from a 22 pant, 3x shirt to 16 pants and XLG shirt!! I tied my tennis shoes and cod still breathe!! Yeah!!! -
