I'm three mos out now and my doctor said to work towards 1000 calories a day. I'm getting about 850, which is up from a week ago.

Try a different mask. Like a nose one. I have that kind and it was the best of the worst!! I hate that machine!! But I think I will be able to get rid of it soon. Oh ours wanted about 4 hours a night documented.

I can breathe when I tie my shoes!! Sit in a movie theater seat, cross my legs, my blood pressure is way down now! So wonderful!! -

My surgery was May 17th. I've lost 66.2 lbs!! Total 199.8 this morning!!! I'm in Onederland! Yeah!!!

I have been getting anywhere from 700-850 now. I eat six times per day and usually have to add a protein bar in for a snack to get my protein up. It's hard to go over 800.
