Hi everyone. Question. If we mix water with a shake can it be counted as your water as well as protien. Such as Unjury strawberry sobet?

I cried for a half an hour when I got my letter!! -
I had trouble sleeping with my at home study. I did it two weeks ago and no answers yet. I don't know how they expect people to sleep with a box thing on your chest and wires getting in the way all night long. It was a rough night for sure.

What were your requirements for Kaiser Fremont? I am kaiser Nw and I've been doing classes and orientation and another class then visits with a nutritionist and Social worker. Have one more visit with them then one to blood tests and surgeon visit to hopefully get a date. -

Hi welcome too! I am still in the process of my surgery as well. I have one more visit with the nutritionist and then blood work and then surgeon visit and hopefully to pick a date. Hopefully by April!

Eww hope i don't have to do that. I am doing well I am getting closer and closer to my surgery. Just waiting for the next appointment with the Nut then I have blood tests and whatever else they need then see the surgeon!! Whoo Hoo! Getting there!

Has anyone tried a juicer? You can do veggies and fruit. I was kind of thinking about it for post op. I'm still pre op now. -
Ya there seems to a lot they don't tell you up front. Like its some big secret or something.
