Yes if you can tolerate muscle drink with protein drink it . Also ensure has a high protein drink too it's the best by far. And so is Adkins

I am almost 4 months out and at 3 months I started with gobs of hair in strands falling out. I started taking biotin 5000 mg a month before surgery and still take it. I have been shampooing with Gardina fall out shampoo and conditioner also are my bariactric vitamins that contains all the nutrients it still is falling out. What I don't get is my 60 to 80 grams of protein every day so that might be the reason I am losing my hair. But so far it isn't so thin I have bald spots or thinning that you can see my scalp

I made fresh tuna fish salad. Tuna in water, eggs, dill pickle, green onions, splash of mustard and light mayo. Salt and pepper. Splash of pickle juice, ate it on Sara Lee whole wheat bread that is sugar free 45 calories a slice. Very yummy

Blood work chest X-ray were all good. Have to do stress test Friday morning. I still think its from playing Wii boxing last week imoved a muscle I haven't in a long time y'all know what I mean. And my breast have extremely shrunk. Great full for that but don't like the pain. It could have also been stress related. I graduate from school in 2 weeks and then have my boards to pass think that is freaking me out a bit. But I feel good just the stabbing every so often in my left boob

I always do. At the hospital getting checked out. Its just the one breast. EKG was ok but they wont be able to see if its a blockage till i have the MRI. This sucks for real

Ok has anyone at all had chest pains? Mostly like shooting pains in your breast. I dont know if its a heart thing or i have strained something or what. But its right in my boobs mostly the left one. Through nipple to back. Been off and on for a week. Started when i was playing my Wii. I rest its there no problems when i sleep then when i wake up there again. Anyone have problems like this? Doesnt hurt to breathe. Or take deep breaths.

think alot of us gagged at the thought of a protein shake a week after surgery, i went to the choc muscle milk and ensure high protein. i could stand those, but still have a hard time getting the protein in. its hard for sure. i started with all the flavors of unjury. but still gagged me

I got my tat last friday. Its my highest weight in the infinity circle. Only hurt while the artist was doing it. Had it done in the color purple. I love it

Went out to eat got a ham and cheese omelet only ate a 4th of it and 2 tablespoons of hash browns, rest came home to my dog.

So got my tattoo, I was going to get it on my middle finger but was told by 2 tattoo artist that it heals badly and will have to be retouched alot so got it on the inside of my right arm above the wrist. 307 my highest weight before surgery. Never forget where you were

Lean boneless baked pork chop with only seasoning on it with a 1/2 cup of ranch style beans. Was good but wished I had green beans instead

This is weird but hubby wanted chinese food today. So i went with him and had some food. But being i don't like Chinese food because the meats don't look like real meat from cows or chickens. So i ate veggies altho all were fried. I went to the buffet and got one fried green bean, one fried broccoli fried mushroom fried zucchini, a steamed mushroom, a small spoonful of fried rice ate a nibble of it. Got to my table and ate a bite off of each item i got ewww hated it all. Even had 2 boiled shrimp gross. Hubby was disappointed in me i think cuz i cant eat like he does anymore. He had 2 full plates of everything. Altho i did have 2 coconut macaroons they had they were good.
