I was unsure of creame and sugar substitute so I have avoided coffee... missing it terribly! What do you use?

The matrix has an awful after-taste to me since surgery. I bought the whey non-flavored and it can be added to drinks and almost anything!

I had alot of pain in my left side too ... major back pain also ..still uncomfortable after sitting but it's getting better! Cant drink Protein shakes at all... -

4 days... feeling like everything stops at my chest-bone (even water) ... walking definitely helps alot! Just wondering what I did to myself!!
