    Just completed first work out, under the watchful eye of my physical therapist. Also, first week weigh-in: 15lbs down.

    Hello everyone! This is my first post. I am 44 today and I weigh 360 lbs. My heighest weight was 460. Today is also my last preop class and visit before my surgery on Monday. I am so glad!

    Well surgery is complete and I am doing well. Everything went well. Surgeon was so pleased he stopped by the next night to tell me so!
