U know what helps my taking a warm shower let the warm kind a hot water hit ur belly n back and that will help u realise u that air,or take some chewable GAS X

Tgat most be all ur organs moving and find the confy place,cause remember they cut ur stomach n intestins,and the move and put lots of air to see if is any leak

Hello grace,i felt like that at the begining,i though wow is too long the process,but as long you dont think about it ,the month will go faster as u think ,star doing the chewing and siping,and write a food jornal cause thats what ur nutritionist need , -
