Girl's after that happen i weight my self and i lost 5 pounds i was 215 now 211,but hey i got a question now,some1 can die if they get dumping syndrome?cause all that loose of breath,heart parpitacion,ect... -

I know i should did that cause the consequences,but i thought it was something easy ,but hell know i though i was about to die,shut if i knew it was that bad i woulnd touch a thing on that yumi cookie,not i say"shut what i get my self in to" is something that we have to take that very serious,i learn my lesson by trying to be sneaky and cough me a lis in my own house cause if i was in public i would sh it in my pants lol -

Wow can't complain now ,im wearing today a size 13/14 pants from a 18size in my surgery day,thats 3 weeks ago yupiiiiii

Is going to be 3 weeks post op and its seems that those 12 pounds dont want to move but i also measure my self and i do loosing it by inches yupiiii,that's awesome

Since my doct want me to have 3 protain meals and 2 protain shake i have my mea first in the morning so i dont have to go to that nasty shake so early morning jejejeje -

Since my first visist with my doc to take my staples away they weight me, i was 215 from 225 but because she switch me from liquid diet to soft diet today i weight my self and it seems i gain couple pounds,it that happened to any of you?im so frustrated :-(,cause i doing my walking or some airclimber but i say to my self "what im a doing grong "cause they put me on 3 soft meal a day and 2 proteing shake 8ozeach per day,please helpppppp -
