Finally hit 199 today. Im so excited. I can't even remember the last time I was in the 100s. Total of 120 pounds gone in 8 months.

I feel awesome. Everything I wanted accomplished with this surgery has happened. 25-30 pounds till my goal. Doesn't seem possible.

Im 8 months post op...I can eat almost anything I want and I've never had dumping and the hunger has returned. I just can't eat the bigger quantities like I used to. Makes me sick to even think about what I used to eat and how much. Stick to your plan and it will work.

Talk to your doctor. I was only allowed walking till I was 6 weeks post op then I could do what I wanted in moderation.

Not really. Laying down helps a little but I cant do that all day.

So sorry you have to deal with this. It's amazing how we get the cold shoulder and people talk bad cause we were fat now that we chose to do something about ourselves and we lose the weight to get healthier and we still get talked about. How I've always seen it....if people have to talk about someone else then 1. They are unhappy with themselves or 2. They just need to get a damn life amd worry about themselves.

Im 8 months post op. My nausea has been consistant for almost 2 weeks. Plus I'm so exhausted and I feel like I've gotten hit by a bus. Lol.

I get it bad at all times of the day. How far post op are you?

I know that feeling. I see my surgeon this coming week.

Im almost 8 months post op and just found out I'm pregnant. We tried the whole 5 years we've been married and nothing. Ive been infertile my whole life....not anymore. Lol. Good luck and hope you'll be blessed with a little one in the future.

I'm having a problem with milk now. I throw up every time I drink it and it just started about a month ago. Am I becoming lactose intolerant at 7 months out? Anyone else experence this? Im already hearing that. Size 14 is getting to big so I will have to go shopping soon. You get crap when you're big amd get it when you get smaller....can we ever get a break???

Im 5'10.5 and have been debating over a goal weight. My doctor won't set one but I want a main goal. So I'm asking what is your weight goal being as tall as you are? I want to look good but not skin and bones. I had set it at 157 but everyone says I will look sick. So I don't know now.

Im at 214 right now and I tell people I was to lose another 50-60 pounds and they think I am insane. Lol.

142 does sound crazy and I would be tiny.

I've learned not to listen to everyone but its weird seeing bones I haven't seen in many years and then people point out I am getting to boney. I'm at 214 and when you tell people that I still have a ways to go yet they look at you like you're nuts. Lol. I can't even remember the last time I was this small and yet I will only get smaller.

I'm 6 1/2 month post op and yesterday I had some issues. I got severely dizzy and was vomiting and I passed out on my bathroom floor but don't remember any of it. About an hour to a hour and a half I don't remember anything. My husband took me to the ER. I got a bag of fluids and some meds to help with the dizziness and nausea. I felt good besides still being dizzy when we left the ER. Well about 1 this morning it all started again except I remember everything. The ER doctor is passing it off as a inner ear infection but I don't think it is that. Has anyone else ever had an experience like this?? I'm going to my family doctor to start ruling issues out and if everything comes back ok I'm heading to my surgeons office. I didn't eat yesterday and whatever fluids I drank made me want to throw up. I'm sure some of this is dehydration but I don't think all of it is.
