My first day as a post opper!!!! So excited...they took the catheter out and took the pain pump away...i wasnt using it anyway... Im not having alot of pain just sore and crampy about like period cramps...and started sipping water and next i will try diet snapple!!

Best of luck!!! I know you will have a lot of emotions keep reminding yourself why you want this... You will do great!!

Will pray for a good surgery and speedy recovery for you... Just remember all the reasons you are doing this and stay focused. Best Wishes!!!

Surgery went well just finished my first walk!!! Yay me!!!

Anybody else experience guilt about having surgery? I have lived my whole life trying to make others happy & not everybody is happy I'm having this surgery wether they say it out loud or not... Then i think what if? What if something bad happens? My kids would be without a mom... So i go through weak times and strong times...surgery is tomorrow!! I have to believe that all will go well and my life will be better because of it!! Ive been a big girl my entire life and its time to live my life for me!!! (And my kids)

Our own "meet & greet" I'm thinking they dont have any of those up here..

Right i wish tomorrow would come allready. I just wanna get the surgery over with...

Im going like every other day...usually Im every day...

My surgery is tomorrow morning at 8am...I am going to Ithaca...

Are you going crazy today with emotions?

I am 5 days away from surgery and have waited so long for this...but now i am second guessing myself. If i can do this two week pre op why cant i do this any time? Do i really want to give up all my favorite foods? Some of which i may never be able to eat again?

Thank you, that is what I'm doing...i dont want to lose her asa friend but i have to do what is best for me also...i go through bouts of guilt for doing this but gosh darn it my whole life ive tried to make others happy this is for me!!!
