Banded in 2007.. problems started in 2008. Completely unfilled in 2010. Insurance would not approve in 2010. Back to pre surgery weigh and working on approval for revision to Gastric Sleeve in 2013. They approved the removal of the LapBand 05/08/2013 and approved Gastric Sleeve on 05/24/2013 :D
