I've been looking up things on The world according to egg face.com, I find it helpful with recipes n ideas -
I do Greek now after 8 weeks, Faye for dips n chobani I do with sf jellies, I use to hate them but I've adapted to the taste ill try anything to stay on track.

I use to hate yogurts before surgery n I was also having trouble with the flavor until I started using sugar free jellies in it true I had to get use to a little tartness but now I can't live without it

I was so in the back ground for so long, now Im stepping forward in all aspect of my life and It sometimes feel weird in my head. I'm still thinking like I'm still fat but adjusting to my new happy me. Does anyone feel the same?

Actually cooking on my 22nd anniv a dinner party for 30 have a lot to Celebrate and We're sharing it with fam I'm actually starting on my 5th stage its hard to go out to restaurants also nervous about introducing new foods to my pouch

Feeling Weird About Happiness

I can feel the changes in me and I thought it might just have been me feeling weird -
It was a choice of living with all my health complications n a lot of meds or the surgery to help me so I did it n it's been the best thing it's the only reason why I would do it again I'm almost off all my meds just a little longer n I'm off I feel like jumping up n down like a kid when I think of it ....LOL

I'm 7 weeks out n 260 now 207 also feeling great don't miss a lot of foods either certain smells n taste make me reject foods so I do a lot of Protein n Water
