I would be calling the dietician to have them give you a planned diet. As the others have suggested measure foods! I am truly surprised he is not totally sick or in some discomfort from eating that much at one meal. Praying for him. Please use these forums for advise, wealth of information here. -

From what was reported in a post that is the area that they put the cutter and stapler. So there is a bigger area of healing there. I know it is not any consultation but many of us are complaining about that and the pain in our back.
