Along these lines...I get stressed out watching people at the grocery store putting all kinds of junk to be bought and then put Diet Coke up there. They r overweight. I want to say let me fix that for you. What are they thinking?

    Legs Hurting!

I am having horrible pain in my shoulders. I am 5 weeks post op so it should not be the gas they put in us I think. I early on did not have pain in my shoulders like others did I was just counting myself lucky. Any suggestions?

Tell on myself...do not know what I was thinking... I got some ginger ale and for what ever reason in my mind thought it was not carbonated. I drank about 2 drinks and realized my mistake but at that point I seemed to have no ill effects...at that time... went to bed at almost midnight set straight up in bed with the worst pain and thought I was dying. It felt like little air bubbles bouncing around in my stomach. I could not burp that was the most miserable pain I have ever felt. I blame it on the drugs that is the only thing I can think of. I will never drink a carbonated drink again.

    Depression

Although it seems to be a little better now post op weeks 1 - 3 was the hardest! I would cry so easily and not know why I was crying for. Doctor said that was normal. I do get the mood swings now but not extremely bad.

    DIABETES

I was on 2 oral Meds and insulin before surgery. I came home with 1 oral pill. Sugars run 130- 150 but doctor does not seem as concerned with it he stated that I was still healing and weight loss will improve that in time. I am praying he is right I had worked very hard to get my A1C down to 7.0 before the surgery.
