I was sadden by news that a dear friend had lost her sister yesterday but what made it so much more worse she passed away due to bariatric complications. Her surgery was the day after Christmas. To compound that information I was told that her other sister had bariatric surgery a year ago and now has been diagnosed with cancer. Please pray for this family, they need lifted up. -

My surgery date was December 4th. I took the whole month of December off and think it is the very reason I have done so well. I am on total agreement with you. -

Dr sent me home with only Januvia and took me off the Metformin. He said that it would drop my sugar too low. -

I have a nutritionist and dietician, what the Nut said I needed to do is more protein than carbs will bring weight loss. Just thought I would pass that along to everyone. -
