Yep. I guess they possibly they figure that if you bring the information you are truly interested??? It was definitely work but has been worth it so far. -

I am looking forward to a December surgery. Attentive date is December 4th. I have many tell me that they don't understand why I am doing this before my birthday on December 23rd. I tell them I can't think of a better birthday present...the gift of life and new start. Looking forward to reading about your journey...keep posting.

When I went to my first seminar, I had to take insurance cards, 5 yrs of medical history, doctor's referral letter, 6 month diet history, and the 5 pages of registration forms. It seems pretty standard for them to request the insurance and doctor information. Looking forward to following your journey story. -

Just got sleep study, appt with cardiologist, and one more with surgeon to go. The attentive date is Dec 4. Now it is becoming real. Everything else looks real good and it is moving along well. -
