I'm almost 3 weeks out & I have not experienced dumping. Being very cautious of everything I eat.

You should check with your nutritionist. Not everyone has the same requirements. Some are based in weight & some on height.

Someone suggested adding unflavored protein to water along with a packet of crystal light. I tried it & it did a great job of hiding the protein! I added half a scoop in the bottle. Good way to get a few extra grams in! Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk HW 272 DOS 253 RNY Date 12/3/12
