I had to do Optifast for 2 weeks as well. I was able to do 4 shakes, 2 Protein bars, chicken broth, sf Jello & sf Popsicles. What can you have each day? Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

I haven't weighed myself since right before surgery on Monday.I got my period that night & didn't want be discouraged if I haven't lost any weight. That stinks. I was awaken every 30 minutes because I had a stupid IV that kept going off for no reason. It was so frustrating. Hopefully you don't have much longer to be there. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
