I'm on full liquid (optifast).. I can have sugar free Jello too. Today was rough, but I will get through it! Thanks for the encouragement!

Today was the start of my 2 week liquid diet.... It was rough, but I made it through! I just keep telling myself you can do this with the end result in mind! Today is the start of my new rest of my life!!!

One of my friends is getting the sleeve too.... The weight loss progression to me didn't look as good as the bypass. My surgery is scheduled for 12/3. I'm on a liquid diet now.
