Have you tried crystal light, broths, sf Popsicles to get your liquid in? I also purchased Health Wise Fruit Drinks, they have 15 grams if protein, so it helps to get in liquid & protein. My surgeon's office sells them. -

I had to go through a psych eval too.. They just want to make sure you're mentally prepared & that no one is forcing you to do the surgery. -
