Did u check with ur doctor before using the magnesium citrate? It's carbonated & we shouldn't have carbonation. Would hate for you to have any further problems. -

What if you bought the cup that has a little container in it that you can add fruit to it so it adds flavor to the Water. Or use crystal light or Mijo. -

I'm from Delaware too. What city do you live in? When are you having surgery?

I would check with your doctor to make sure the supplements are ok to take. I know probiotics are good for you, but not sure what it would do after surgery.

In 6 days on the liquid Optifast diet with 8 more days to go!!! This makes it all worth it! Yesterday I went to the mall with my kids... It was so hard smelling the pizza, Aunt Annie's pretzels, Cinnabon, etc, but I demonstrated great will power & walked past it all! Surgery in 8 days... I'm ready!!!!
