Mrsallenrn. I'm two months out and have lost 43 lbs from dos 1/29 but lost 16 prior to surgery. I am having trouble seeing myself lighter. I just started to work out a lot lately. You are an inspiration. -

Congrats. That's awesome what you have accomplished. This weekend I went to a trail that is 5 miles. I accomplished it and made it through. The weekend before I only made it 2 1/2 miles. I thought I was going to die and now I did it and I thought I was going to die but there was a light of hope and I made it. Tears of joy. Congrats again. I had my surgery 1/29/13 and have lost 44 lbs so far.

Only two weeks I work at a desk job and air lost of the day but I had to get up every couple of hours. -

I feel the same way. Last night I tried a protein tube and smelled it. It smelled like a** and then I took a little sip immediately gagged and then threw up. This is for the birds. I need my protein. -

Good day today I went to my surgeons office and I'm down 24 lbs since 1/29/13 and since November I'm down all in total of 42. I don't feel like I have lost weight but my clothes are lose. Keeping my eyes on the prize. Go January surgery group. -

I am having a hard time with protein drinks. The ones I have found don't taste the same way as before surgery. Any suggestions? I have been drinking isopure. -

Sorry to get personal for ape of our ladies but I had my monthly period during my surgery and then now two weeks later its back. Does anyone know why or have had this happen?
