    I went through and got rid of all my clothes. Apparently I'm thinking that I need them for something. Lol yeah right? So everything over a 1x tops and 16 pants I got rid of. Well now that I did that I have No casual clothes only work clothes. I really need to go shopping.

    So last night was back to school night and I had to sit in a high school desk again but this time I just sat in it instead of turning to my side and sitting down and shiming my body into the seat. I really am starting to love the new me.

    I'm dealing with that very same thing. I feel like a failure when I snack especially when it's not smart choices. But I have been moving more so that's a good thing.

    It almost feels like am I supposed to be in this department! I went to the misses department at Kohl's and walked over to the women's section and looked at the clothes and thought why am I in this section then went to a size 3x and realized I was that big. It's crazy!!!!!

    Hw. 305 Sw 289 Cw 194 Had my six month check up and now in to veggies. Yeah! Doctor says I've lost 67% of my weight. BMI is 31. Only prob I had to go shopping for new clothes. Darn it!

    Ok so I just came back from Kohl's and I wear size 16 and XL in the misses section. I had tears well up when I tried it on.

    Is gum ok?

    I chew gum my surgeon said be very careful not to swallow it cause of obstruction. Also it makes me have like a gas bubble come up its totally weird.

    January Dates

    So it's official I can have veggies and some fruits. I have lost 36 lbs in three months and now don't have to see the surgeon until my year mark. I have a total of 30 lbs to go.

    Six months and counting

    My appt was cancelled and now I have to wait until this coming Tuesday to see the dr. Oh well gives me more time to work my butt off.

    December 2012 Post Op Group

    Totally true. It's amazing how supportive everyone is here. It's really been a blessing. Even when we may have something we shouldn't. We get support even then.

    Eating somethings I'm not supposed to

    I just wish I can have lettuce or some type of veggies. Not yet though. When I want something to crunch I eat nuts. I should be able to introduce veggies on the 30 th.
  22. So even though my diet consists of all protein and has been since 1/29 since surgery. The past couple of weeks I have not been on course. I have been eating less than the serving size of Cheezits. I have an appt with my dr on the 30th and I should be at more than 75% of my weight loss and start incorporating fruits and veggies. I am just so bored with my diet. I eat all meats, cheese, beef jerky, Greek yogurt, nuts, etc. I'm so bored. Any suggestions of what I can eat?
