Hi guys with up. I thought I'll give an update starting wt: 285 Current wt: 204 I have lost 81 pounds since my surgery date Oct 22, 2012

I've been gone a while I know but I'm back. I've been I'll then got better then in an accident. The weight is going, I still don't have an appetite but I'm good. I'm down from 285 to 215 surgery oct 22 so I'm good

I'm 49 and the weight is falling off, don't worry just do what your surgeon says.

Work it baby girl, my hubby is very pleased

Hi Christi question for ya did you have any problem consuming the Protein, are there days that you did not really do what ur surgeon said, or could not get the Water in. You look great, and basically did you have any set backs.
